Ball’s Deep Chilli Jams and Sauces are brought to you by husband and wife team Paul and Sarah Ball. Paul has had a passion for growing chillies for many years, this originally took place on a small scale in the family home until he began to use a polytunnel in which to grow his plants. When Paul had far too many chillies to know what to do with, he began experimenting by making chilli jams and sauces.
The family live on a small farm in the Somerset countryside where they grow their own chillies to use in their products. They also use other ingredients which are grown on their property such as apples and rhubarb. All other ingredients are locally sourced. Paul and Sarah are passionate about their products and really enjoy getting out to food festivals and other events to meet people and talk about their products.
